Velvet Returns Policy

We want you to absolutely love your Velvet purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is:

• Unused
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition as when you received it

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used, worn, or show signs of use.

To start a return, please include a note inside your parcel with your name, order number, and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days from receipt for this to be completed.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve this for you promptly.
