All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Postage costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders placed after 12pm may be processed the following working day. During launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer – we appreciate your patience.
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Velvet cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
